Core fruit, peel potatoes, and pare like a pro with the 4045-02 Paring Knife. Designed for detailed tasks, from the backyard BBQ to the campsite cutting board, the 4045-02 features an acute clip-point blade in CPM-154 stainless steel with a stonewash finish, a Maple Valley Richlite handle scales with ergonomics that provide an excellent mix of control and comfort. Sharpened with our proprietary SelectEdge® technology, the Paring Knife offers chef-level finesse in every outdoor cooking scenario. Over time, Richlite®, a paper composite material, will develop a natural patina, altering the original color of the material. "Patina” is a natural occurrence in the product that can either darken or lighten depending on exposure to light.
